GMA-HOLDING.AG is a strategic management holding. The Board of GMA-HOLDING.AG, consisting of Dipl.-Wirtsch.-Ing. Udo Klibingat (graduate industrial engineer), Kai-Uwe Hein and Dipl.-Kffr. Kirsten Klibingat (graduate administrator), works together with the Managing Directors to coordinate the activities of the individual business units; it develops the overall strategy and defines the overriding goals and standards for sustainable on-going development of the whole Group. This enables the GMA Group to operate with even greater power and transparency on the market, further enhancing the competitive ability, making more effective use of synergetic energies and creating the prerequisites for strategic partnerships.
